Process: automatic loading of the longitudinal bars, programmed transferring, loading and welding of the transversal bars + automatic mesh transferring, loading and welding of the overlapping longitudinal bars + automatic mesh transferring, loading on the jig, positioning and welding of the wheel-holder bars + first stage of mesh bending operations in the first press + second stage of bending operations in the second press to complete the shaping of the basket, including any welding operations for closing it + final bending of the wheel-holder bars.

The entire machine cycle is automatic, the only manual operations are related to production assistance, i.e.: replenishment of the bar magazines, ordinary maintenance and cleaning, recovery for any machine downtime. Downstream of the line unloading, the finished basket can be picked up manually or by a robotic cell for any finishing.
