Process: automatic loading of longitudinal bars, programmed trasferring, loading and welding of cross bars (as the welding steps advance, the welding bridge rotates to follow the position of the transverse bars) + (optional) longitudinal trimming of the ends of the cross bars + automatic transfer and stacking of the finished flat mesh.

The entire machine cycle is automatic, the only manual operations are related to production assistance, i.e.: replenishment of warehouses, ordinary maintenance and cleaning, recovery for any machine downtime.
