Composition of the line: automatic welding machine for the production of flat mesh and welding of “V” crossties + assembly system for mesh and polystyrene panels (original design from the late 90s) + multiple welding machine for “V” crossties + automatic panel stacker.

The product is structural panels, i.e. lightweight modular elements made of a three-dimensional mild steel framework, electrowelded with resistance, inside which a sheet of insulating material is fixed.

These are lightweight, insulated, insulating and modular panels, designed to simplify, rationalise and speed up the manufacturing of buildings. Lightweight and easy to handle, they can also be used for wall infilling.
