Personnel training

To ensure maximum efficiency of each machine and guarantee total safety for customers during production, Froma goes beyond simple equipment supply. We actively engage in training personnel directly at the customer’s company.

This approach not only enhances understanding and management of our technologies but also promotes a culture of safety and efficiency within the entire organization. Our goal is to provide customers with the necessary skills to optimize the use of our machinery, ensuring optimal results and minimizing the risk of accidents or malfunctions.

Plant revamping and electrical retrofitting

Upon customer request, we handle revamping of Froma plants to adapt them to the production of new products. Our specialized team provides customized solutions and technological updates to optimize the performance of existing plants, enabling them to remain competitive in a continuously evolving market.

Additionally, we offer electrical retrofitting services for Froma machines, even those in production for over 40 years. This means that even older equipment can benefit from significant improvements in energy efficiency, safety, and functionality, thereby extending its lifespan and maximizing performance.

Extraordinary maintenance and service packages

We offer a comprehensive range of maintenance services for supplied plants, including both extraordinary interventions and preventive scheduling, all guaranteed within a 5-year period from delivery.

In close collaboration with the customer, we can define tailored service packages adapted to specific needs and operational conditions of the plant. These packages may also include remote support services, providing immediate and targeted assistance through the use of advanced communication technologies.

Spare parts availability up to 10 years

To ensure long-term reliability, durability, and safety of our plants, we offer access to spare parts for a period of at least 10 years from the date of purchase or until stock depletion. This commitment demonstrates our dedication to supporting customers throughout the operational life of their plants, providing original spare parts designed and tested to ensure maximum performance and full compatibility with our machinery.
