Process: automatic loading of the longitudinal bars, programmed transferring, loading and welding of the transversal bars + automatic mesh transferring, loading and welding of the transversal bars + automatic mesh transferring, loading and welding of the overlapping longitudinal bars + first stage of mesh bending operations in the first press + second stage of bending operations in the second press to complete the shaping of the basket, including any welding operations for closing it + bending and head-welding of the frame starting from a pre-cut bar, and transfer to the next station + welding of the frame on the basket + bending and welding of the bars on the front and back sides of the basket.

The entire machine cycle is automatic, the only manual operations are related to production assistance, i.e.: replenishment of the bar magazines, ordinary maintenance and cleaning, recovery for eventual machine downtime. After unloading the line, the finished basket can be picked up manually or by a robotic cell for any finishing.
